Strategy Scanner is a small independent project, and email reaches a person rather than a ticket queue. Corrections are especially welcome.
Reporting a figure that looks wrong
This is the most valuable thing you can send, and a few details make it far quicker to resolve. Please include:
- The wallet address you were looking at.
- Which figure looked wrong, and which tab it was on.
- What you expected instead, and where that expectation came from — a Polymarket screen, a Polygonscan transaction, your own records.
- The date and time you looked, since positions and marks move.
Before writing in, it is worth checking the recent-window note under the header. Most reported mismatches turn out to be a figure labelled “Recent” being compared against a lifetime number — which is covered in the FAQ.

What we cannot help with
Strategy Scanner is an independent reader of public data and is not affiliated with Polymarket. We cannot access, recover or modify anyone's Polymarket account, funds or trades, and we cannot act on a wallet's behalf.
If you have lost access to funds or believe your account is compromised, contact Polymarket directly. We will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a wallet signature — and nobody legitimate will.
We also cannot give trading or investment advice, or tell you whether a particular wallet is worth following.
